EduKap is dedicated to equipping Cap-Haitian youth with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the modern economy. Our mission is to provide comprehensive skills development programs that prepare young people for meaningful employment, entrepreneurial ventures, and active citizenship. Project Description:

1. Provide Vocational Training: EduKap offers a range of vocational training programs in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, hospitality, and culinary arts. To ensure alignment with market demand, the curriculum is regularly assessed and updated based on feedback from industry partners. This ensures that participants acquire the technical skills to enter the workforce confidently.
 

2. Enhance Digital Literacy: EduKap's programs cover essential computer skills, software applications, coding, and digital marketing. Recognizing the digital divide, EduKap addresses infrastructure gaps by providing affordable devices and internet access, ensuring inclusivity, and preparing participants for the demands of the modern workplace.
 

3. Support Entrepreneurship: EduKap fosters an entrepreneurial mindset by offering training in business planning, financial management, marketing, and innovation. The program assesses market capacity and opportunities for new businesses. Through comprehensive mentorship and support, EduKap helps aspiring entrepreneurs navigate market challenges and competition, providing access to funding and resources to launch and grow their businesses.
 

4. Promote Soft Skills: EduKap emphasizes the importance of soft skills by including workshops and activities that build communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and leadership abilities. Using established frameworks, EduKap evaluates the development of these skills and gathers employer feedback to ensure graduates are well-prepared and perform effectively in the workplace.
