Pathway One Learning Center connects education with real-world opportunity
What Is Pathway One?
In Haiti, access to education often ends at high school — not because of a lack of talent, but because of limited opportunity. Many motivated learners face barriers related to infrastructure, affordability, and access to post-secondary pathways.
Pathway One was created to bridge this gap.
It is a technology-enabled learning center designed to help learners continue their education, build practical skills, and prepare for meaningful economic opportunities beyond high school.
Why Pathway One Matters
Education alone is not enough if it does not lead to opportunity.
Pathway One focuses on:
-
Expanding access to learning beyond secondary school
-
Preparing learners for real-world skills and professional environments
-
Creating structured pathways from education to employment
By connecting learning with readiness and opportunity, Pathway One supports
long-term mobility for individuals and communities.
How the Program Works
Pathway One operates through a centralized learning center model that combines technology, instruction, and structure.
Learners benefit from:
-
A shared, technology-enabled learning environment
-
Access to post-secondary and skills-based coursework
-
Digital tools and modern curriculum
-
Guided instruction and collaborative learning
-
Structured schedules that support consistency and accountability
This model allows resources to be shared efficiently while maintaining quality and focus.
